Still pretty new to us, Kelly W. dominates some lateral burpees like she’s done them her entire life. Where would you be know if you started CrossFit when you were just a wee little fire-breather?

This is a very different type of event than we’ve had in the past and should be great fun to see how strong we all have become!

We’ve also almost have all the website issues sorted out. We still have a bit of catch up with our Times and Scores but it should be up to date by the end of the week. More importantly though we did get our Baseline Times fixed from earlier this month! We saw lots of new Intermediate, Advanced and Elite level times!

South Central Regionals Week 2012!

- We will be continue to run our normal Schedule this entire week despite the travels of the majority of our coaching staff.

- Most of those that are traveling to San Antonio this weekend are staying on the San Antonio River Walk, as it is only ~3 miles from the Event Venue and close to some great fajitas and margaritas.

- Several of you have asked about carpooling options for possible day trips over the course of the weekend. I invite you to post to the comments below and find some driving buddies, as we would love to have a large group to cheer and yell for Meagan.
