Our CrossFit Kids program is serious FUN!!!
We love the CrossFit Kids template of randomized, functional exercises, performed at high intensity, very similar to our adult program except… this means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the FUN of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
Functional movements are instrumental to all things that kids need to do when they play... run, pull, push, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.
Adjustments and modifcations are made to accommodate the specific needs and requirements of each and every child in all of our classes.
Our CrossFit Kids are the most fun your kids will have without knownig they are exercising!
CrossFit Kids classes (Ages 6-12):
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 4:15pm (45 minutes)
CrossFit Teen classes (Ages 13+)
Fridays @ 6pm
Sunday @ 5pm
