WLC Beef Jerky

Ingredients
3 lbs meat of your choice (I used beef shoulder)
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup raw coconut aminos
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chipotle powder
Directions

1. Slice meat or buy sliced meat. I prefer my jerky slightly chewy so I recommend ¼” slices.
2. Combine meat and all the other ingredients in a bowl. For best results marinate for 24 hrs in fridge.
3. Place jerky in dehydrator for 4 to 6 hours at 160 (If using an oven, set up racks over cookie sheets and lay strips of meat across the racks).
4. Enjoy!

*The thinner the strips the quicker it will dry out.
