It’s Not Always Bad

A time will come, if it hasn’t already happened many times, where you are going to experience some sort of soreness and/or pain in your arms, legs, shoulders, knees maybe even your back. Now think about how you evaluate this pain and decide if you are going to continue training, maybe take some time off or even go see a doctor. Does this decision vary based on the level of pain or the area of soreness?

  1. John Cz says:

I tell my kids that there is a difference between being injured and being sore. I tell them “Pain is fear leaving the body” – and I believe that. But I do know when I blew my shoulder out, I immediately had the “uh oh” moment and not the, “I think I tweaked it”.
    Big difference in my book.
