I CrossFit Because _____.

Beyond the desire to become a healthier you why do you keep coming back? Everyone starts of with some sort of idea of what they want to achieve through training at P3 but once they get into the hang of class those ideas sometimes fade away. The accomplishments tackled everyday often trumps the long-term goals and we loose track of where we are heading.

My suggestion: Pick a goal, tell someone and then train for it. It can be anything. An adventure race, obstacle course, triathlon. This goal doesn’t have to be part of a competition. Coach your kids sports league, get in shape for a skiing trip this winter, take a minute off your 5k run, have the confidence to try something new and not fear failure.

If you’re looking for something to test your newly developed physical conditioning come out for our second annual Flag Football day November 17th. If you don’t know how to play, come out, you’ll learn and everyone will have a good time.

    I crossfit becasue I saw a picture of some pasty out of shape guy walking at the beach with my kids 3 years ago and thought who is that guy and why his he with my kids… then I relized, CRAP that is what I look like? Still pasty, but much better otherwise..now on to MU

    I crossfit because my wife does (and she can do real pullups)…because I love waking up at 4:23 a.m. so an hour and a half later I can lie on the floor gasping for air in my own sweat and tears…because without crossfit, my lazy arse would spend nights getting fatter from drinking IPAs on the couch while watching sports or brain-decaying reality t.v. …and because my one year old gets a kick out of Daddy doing burpees
