    Im not sweating the small stuff, but am enjoying eating this way. Yes its a pain to plan your week out, and if you dont you are setting yourself up to fail, but i have enjoyed eating this week and have found that im fuller much longer than before! the weekend is going to be challenging though – wedding festivities where I have no control of the menu and probably noone really to ask how things are cooked and of course the temptation of wine after a long week!
