Attention: Whole Life Challenge Pre-Game Huddle

This is a non-mandatory meeting for all those taking part in the Whole Life Challenge. We will go over the rules, purpose and answer any questions you may have about the event.
Before a workout starts, we demonstrate the standards that are expected for each and every movement, give possible modifications and then let you loose to attack the workout. As much as we don’t want to admit it, there is no way we can keep an eye on every single rep performed during a class and tell you exactly which one didn’t count. Have you ever performed a repetition over again when no one else is watching or instructs you to?

Did your chest touch the ground on every rep? Are your feet always together when you jump over the barbell? One of the coolest things to see in a class is to watch an athlete ‘No Rep’ themselves, but it looks like Mr. Awesome Owen R. won’t have to on this one.

Funny – until I did the Open this year I never did. Now I think of the friggin wall ball WOD (where I no repped almost more than I repped) and I try to be more strict.
