We were hit hard again this past Saturday morning, so we’ve decided to open up a new Saturday class time to help manage the crowds and give you all more options to workout. For the entire month of October each Saturday we will add a 7:30am class time and see how our attendance numbers fair.

Whole Life Challenge Week #3
Just because you’re not doing the WLC, doesn’t mean that this weekly challenge wouldn’t benefit you too… Your weekly challenge for Week 3 is to drink 1/2 oz. of water for every pound of your bodyweight every day.
What does that mean? That means that every day next week, starting on Monday and ending Sunday, you must drink the prescribed amount of water to earn your bonus points. For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, you must drink 60 oz., about 2 L, of water. If you weigh 200 pounds, you must drink 100 oz., about 3L, of water.
- You can drink your water in the form of flat water, bubbly water, coconut water, or tea. (Coffee does not count towards your water requirement)
- Spread your water out over the course of the day! It’s not good for you to guzzle several liters of water before bed, and it definitely won’t lead to a good night’s sleep.
- Suggested practice: Set an alarm on your phone every hour and drink a glass of water when it goes off
- Suggested practice: Carry a bottle of known quantity and determine how many times you must finish that bottle each day. Place that many rubber bands around the bottle at the top and move them to the bottom each time you finish it.

Yeah!!! I know that makes me old but 8:30 was a little late. I assume you have nothing against little kids in PJs in the audience.
Interestingly enough, I’ve been getting asked that same type of question quite a bit lately. So my official response for everyone to see:
We are a family/animal friendly gym. As long as the aforementioned are well behaved and entertain themselves off to the side (off the workout area), without causing a disturbance or distraction, we will happily and always welcome them to come with.
HOWEVER, we will not be held responsible for any new words or phrases they might pick up while in attendance.
In summary, yes it is ok to bring your kiddos when you need to.
