10 SDHP
3 Rounds
10 Butterfly Situps
10 Jumping Lunges
3 Rounds
10 Slam Balls
10 Box Jumps
3 Rounds. 13 minute cutoff. If they fail to finish in the time allotted the number of reps they have remaining is their score/time.

    RE: No Icing … this is a significant deviation from the long-held ‘rule’ we’ve all heard. It makes sense to allow the body’s natural healing process take place … I can see the logic behind compression, but wonder if that’s a similar conflict?

    There are body parts where it seems difficult / less practical to compress (tight chest, hips), whereas icing seemed like the best way to handle inflammation. I need to watch the full video and think about this some more.
