Feels like something else…

I guess I’m just a little biased of our early morning group, as I continually find myself bragging about them throughout the day. If you don’t recognize this awesome woman in mid flight of a big box jump you’re missing out. Everyday she has a plan to push herself a little bit further than previous. Fran has been a great part of our morning classes for a long time now and is an inspiration to the entire coaching staff with her continued improvement every week.

    Fran always works hard. She always pushes herself and really focuses on each skill. Im really proud of the improvements she has made, specifically her kipping pullups!
