“Fun” Fran Friday

Trupti and Liz R. both have great back positions a different points during their row. Some of my favorite cues when I’m on the rower, “Lengthen out”, “Relax and Breath” and “Hands up at the catch”. Rowing technique tends to deteriorate with exhaustion and you have to fight to stay focused to finish strong.
