Fall/ Winter Challenge Prelims!

It was an awesome morning watching all of our outstanding competitors fight through this tough WOD. Hopefully you’ve already come up with ideas how and where you can make improvement before the finals in December. Our coaches will be sharing several auxiliary training ideas and plans with you over the next couple of weeks to prepare you all to mazbinate(?) this sucker in 8 weeks. If you haven’t already started, it might be that time to start that food log and address your nutrition. It will be one less thing you have to worry about…

Fall/Winter Challenge Preliminary Times

The times listed in red:
Time 1 – Time to do Front Squats
Time 2 – Time to do Lateral Burpees
Time 3 – Time to do final set of Ground to Overhead
We added our coaches times to the score sheets for fun, but know they are not in the running for the final prizes just want to track everybody’s improvement in one place.

    OMG, Mary kicked my ass in lateral burpees! Way to go Miz Rock Climbing expert :)

    I judged Mary. She was very consistent on her burpees…just one at at time:). If I remember correctly she went unbroken on the G2OH .

    Great job to all of you! That was a tough workout. Im excited to see all of your progress in December!

    im kindof surprised it only took me 20 min, felt like at least a couple of hours.. time to get stronger – as soon as i can walk again ;)
