Snatch Balance > Snatch

You should be able to perform a snatch balance with more weight than you can snatch. It is a less technical movement that requires you to move the bar a shorter distance. Olympic Lifting CrossFit Coach Burgener goes over the basics of the Snatch Balance in his garage.
