    I tried the mobility wod. “Tried” being the operative word. He made it look so easy to get in that position that I didn’t give it a second thought. Holy cow. I couldn’t get close to getting the lead foot out front and sure as hell couldn’t hold any position for 2 mins. Lots of work ahead…

    Thanks but my time is wrong. I DNF. Was on 7 out of 10, still had 3 pu + 5-5-5. So while today I wouldve been happy w 29:58, especially after my pissy DNF ranting, perhaps next time I’ll beat the clock.

    I tried the foot against the wall move this morning, and boy did I feel it on my right side. What does that mean? Is it weak hips? IT Band? Both? Do I just keep doing that stretch?

    And can you install the WordPress plugin for comment reply notifications? Just a suggestion!
