Airforce WOD revisited. Battle buddy enemies!
Charlie VS. Anthony proved to be the battle of the century! These guys were extremely exciting and fun to watch go after each other.

    Brought some WODs w me so I don’t completely suck when I get back. Gonna keep track on here too so u can ignore this..

    July 6, 2010 – did p3 WOD from June 29, results posted there.
    July 7, 2010- me: 14:00 rx’d – mod for my sister and cousin
    50 jumping jacks
    50 push ups
    50 tuck jumps
    50 sit ups
    50 squats
    50 jumping jacks
    For time. Must complete each exercise before moving to next.

    thanks 8:15 class for cheering me on to finish before the 26 minute cutoff. Its times like those that make me realize how invigorating CF can be! plus, it was definitely my first time to do 100 jump ropes without stopping!

    It really was awesome to watch you do that yesterday Allison. I kept looking back the clock and would hear you count off another 10. I still remember working with you to stop double hopping when you would jump rope. Definitely a good workout for you.

    Way to go Al!

    That was rough for me and sucks to see a DNF! I got through 80 jump ropes in 2nd round. Maybe by the time you get back, John, I can get rid of the double hop. I’ll work on it.

    I’m proud that at least one Feldman finished within 26 minutes. Well done Allison! I only got through 14 MoF burpees in the 2nd round.

    Yo, unfortunately you must have made a typo. I finished with only 9 seconds to spare (not 3 mins 9 secs)…but I did do DU. Have fun on vaca!
