Bear crawl between each exercise. (25 push ups, bear crawl, 5 sit ups, bear crawl, 20 push ups…)
John – is that you on top of the building with the barbell “sculpture” built into it? Was that 205# on the bar or 275#? And what were you doing up there? If it wasn’t you, then never mind.
