John thanks for the great workout - it was torture and I'm having flash backs to the beginning of my days at crossfit. I also want to thank everyone from the 5am class. We are a band of brothers and if it weren't for them I would still be fat and on my couch. For some unknown reason I feel like I can't change times or else they'll think less of me. The truth is that I look forward to our time every day - and that is an awesome thing to have in my life. To all you guys - you inspire me.
