		<description>I had something of a revelation (and i dont typically write stuff like this down) today with regards to how much I value the environment at p3. I actually enjoyed listening to John say &quot;chest all the way down&quot;, &quot;lock out those arms&quot;, &quot;move it&quot;as I went thru the WOD. More important than that however, is the fact that i&#039;m seeing the same faces regularly, being motivated by them and getting to know some of them. As someone that was following crossfit on my own for while at a &quot;regular&quot; gym, there is simply no comparison to doing it on your own and being part of the comraderie of a real crossfit affiliate like p3 and the environment and attitude john&#039;s created.  I feel somewhat lost in a &quot;regular&quot; gym now.  So, a simple &quot;thanks&quot; as overall i&#039;m feeling much better physically then I ever have, its positively affecting all other aspects of my life and I attribute that to what everyone at p3 is doing.</description>
