Happy berfday Chuck Norris! And one of my favorite Chuck Norris facts:
Chuck Norris likes to knit sweaters, and by knit I mean kick and by sweaters I mean babies.

Fran figured out step one and she got her first pullup!

Amanda got through the entire WOD with RX’d pullups, needless to say shes not going to be able to wash her own hair for a week.

    Another interesting Chuck Norris fact: the boogie man is so scared of Chuck Norris that he checks under his bed each night to make sure Chuck isn’t there. True story.

    I had something of a revelation (and i dont typically write stuff like this down) today with regards to how much I value the environment at p3. I actually enjoyed listening to John say “chest all the way down”, “lock out those arms”, “move it”as I went thru the WOD. More important than that however, is the fact that i’m seeing the same faces regularly, being motivated by them and getting to know some of them. As someone that was following crossfit on my own for while at a “regular” gym, there is simply no comparison to doing it on your own and being part of the comraderie of a real crossfit affiliate like p3 and the environment and attitude john’s created. I feel somewhat lost in a “regular” gym now. So, a simple “thanks” as overall i’m feeling much better physically then I ever have, its positively affecting all other aspects of my life and I attribute that to what everyone at p3 is doing.
