    I changed my grip on the pullups as suggested on the video, and it really helped my hands. Thanks!

    Everyone check out Robert doing “Nipples to Bar” pull-ups! He definitely did 50 of those, so maybe next time we should attach a weight vest or Mac on his back.

    “Watching people tear up their hands day after day is no fun”… Excuse me? The look of disappointment on your face after finding out that my hands WEREN’T bleeding yesterday does not back up this statement…

    If you haven’t already, watch this workout as “Speal vs. Khalipa” linked from March 22nd Crossfit.com or the Crossfit Journal to see the whole thing. Great workout. One to repeat in the future.

    Jarrod – Following the path of the elite level male CrossFitter I would have to disagree with that thought process. As you can see here Mikko Salo is completely covered up (2009 CF Games Champ):

    However if you followed the path of the elite female CrossFitter I would have to agree with your thought process, less clothing clearly = better performance, as seen here with Tanya Wagner (2009 CF Games Champ):
