John, in looking at all of the recent photos I have to wonder, is it my shirt that is slowing me down?
Everyone check out Robert doing “Nipples to Bar” pull-ups! He definitely did 50 of those, so maybe next time we should attach a weight vest or Mac on his back.

“Watching people tear up their hands day after day is no fun”… Excuse me? The look of disappointment on your face after finding out that my hands WEREN’T bleeding yesterday does not back up this statement…
