		<description>While I appreciate the boost in confidence, I think my time for the 1 Lap run is listed incorrectly... I am not sure what it was exactly, but I doubt it was 1:12 - I finished at the same time as Travis and started a few seconds before him, if that helps...</description>

		<description>I think &quot;warm down&quot; and any workout for time is a conflict of terms.  Maybe it should be called WOD part 2.  No complaints here, though.  The more running, the better.  Fun workout.
