    I think “warm down” and any workout for time is a conflict of terms. Maybe it should be called WOD part 2. No complaints here, though. The more running, the better. Fun workout.

    While I appreciate the boost in confidence, I think my time for the 1 Lap run is listed incorrectly… I am not sure what it was exactly, but I doubt it was 1:12 – I finished at the same time as Travis and started a few seconds before him, if that helps…
