Jacque I saw that first pull-up as I was walking out the door!! AWESOME!!
First note to self: Write down wts on paper not in my head. I could have sworn I had done 105lb PC’s before but apparently the most I’ve done is low rep’s at 95lb. Oops. Second note to self: Don’t ever, ever do 105lb cleans again. Or, at least, next time do them on purpose.
