    Heed the paleo people!
You can’t out train a bad diet.

  2. Sara M says:

Way to go Michele and Amy!

  3. Danny W says:

    Mmmm…that’s makin me hungry.

  4. Michele says:

Thanks for the shout out but it was 50lb…not 80 or 60lb. The 5 rounds is dead-on, though.

  5. John says:

Haha, I thought you said 60 this morning? I’ll get it right some day…

  6. Michele says:

Well, some day I’ll be at 60lb, so that works out.

  7. Joe S says:

    wait…i thought that was Paleo!

  8. Stephen says:

Didn’t Paleolithic people just eat just about any damn thing they found laying (or walking) around? Heck, I do that already! Now, pass the Oreos before I hit you with my stone ax.

  9. David T. says:

Good point, so eating the raisin I found on the kitchen floor is logically Paleo in the best traditions of the Hunter-Gatherer. BTW, I see a squirrel on the porch!!!

  10. Mac says:

That PaNu approach ignores the 2 most important things we all tend to overlook: lots of water (16 cups a day?) and 8 hrs sleep.
