Didn’t Paleolithic people just eat just about any damn thing they found laying (or walking) around? Heck, I do that already! Now, pass the Oreos before I hit you with my stone ax.
Good point, so eating the raisin I found on the kitchen floor is logically Paleo in the best traditions of the Hunter-Gatherer. BTW, I see a squirrel on the porch!!!
That PaNu approach ignores the 2 most important things we all tend to overlook: lots of water (16 cups a day?) and 8 hrs sleep.
