6 Minute improvement?

If I wasn’t busy desperately trying to keep up with Yogi as we worked out together this morning, I would of taken a picture of him destroying this workout. A 6 min improvement in less than 3 months is absurd, especially when he already had the top the time.  Some days I just can’t wait to see what you guys will do next in your journey with CrossFit.  It’s absolutely amazing.

    give me a few months to perfect my DU’s and I think i’ll shave 5-6 off.. i spent most of my time on those

    Yogi should have to do all his WOD’s with a weight vest…scratch that, 2 weight vests. While balancing a slam ball on his head as he hops on one designated foot for the day.

    And must hold a KB in his teeth.

    If he fails to do any of this…no more Rx’d
