    I am so impressed by the people that come every day and post these great numbers. I literally need 24-48hrs min recovery to feel even remotely normal again. I think I actually yelled last night taking my son out of the bathtub after that workout as the movement was similar to a deadlift…welocme back David u, nice numbers after the layoff and yogis clearly just in a different league. All johns posting about form has really added to my soreness as well…
