Thanks Jeff. I think I’m going to start the next trend at P3. Compression Socks. Maybe people will look up to me like they do you and everyone will start wearing them.
Yes, Yogi. Seriously, I almost came back last night to redo it. David put my bar together and yet another miscommunication between the Tannery’s. I thought he put 65 on there and once I was done, John was like, that’s 60. I’m COMPLETELY and UTTERLY disappointed in myself. Don’t worry, I beat myself up about it all day long. Shameful for sure!
I will make up for it tonight in my super cool compression socks.
Kirstin has a pretty cool pair of long socks she wears to workout around here that are rainbow striped. Get it going! I have no doubt the compression would enhance your strength and stamina by at least .5%, but feeling like such a badass would get you about a 5% improvement. Hey, you gotta do what it takes.
Susie has an Engineering degree and an MBA and she still can’t count her own plates…not my fault babe…I like the socks idea, but my manly deer print warm up trousers (ie pajamas) pants from Thursday are where the style is…
