    Much respect Tim,
    My soul motivation in this wod was to beat you. I don’t think I would have pushed as hard if I didn’t have your example. I’ll try to make a 5 am sometime this week.

    Glad I can be of service. It’s really my favorite place to be – Justin is coming to the 5AM regular now so it’s been more interesting. He can really put it on sometimes.

    You guys motivate me even if you’re not there – I know it takes a full out effort to stay in there.
