Today we saw a couple of men approach an awesome feat of strength, shoulder pressing their own body weight. Steven hit 180# and Nic hit 175#. Anybody want to take bets on which one will get there first?

   I wish I could do 25 burpees in 1:00, especially after that workout! Think that was the goal you gave me after doing 5 in 10 seconds…my actual time was 1:30. Maybe 1:00 is after the “age correction”?! Good workout!
