ROM for K2E is simple to understand

If your knees don’t touch your elbows then there is still room for improvement, keep fighting for every inch.

5×3 Deadlifts

WOD
Run 1 Lap
5 Burpees
K2E until failure (mod from ground 20 reps)
AMRP in 20min, Count total K2E reps for score. For mod count total rounds
As stated above ROM is a big issue for K2E. We had some incredibly strong K2E today and we had some that need some policing. If you can not reach your elbows yet, hold yourself to a standard for each repetition. For example Knees to triceps, armpits, chest, stomach…etc… Make each effort count.
