    omigosh…It’s Yogi’s birthday tomorrow. I’m already nervous for the WOD and have started drinking water in preparation.

    Make sure he does his 35 burpees, John!

    Awww… You didn’t mention my squat weight. It was the only thing I had to be proud of after yesterday’s workout. :(
