In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Complete three rounds and total score.

Robert D – looks like you had a big jump in reps, as well as moving to RX’d. Way to go.
And Jeff S. – I had no idea that a man-cow could move so fast. Maybe I should start drinking milk…
Mac, I lost about 15 points on my last FGB, so I need to find a balance.
Ashlee – went for somewhere between the two marks. 10′ still seems so high.
366 is a monster #…Nice work Greg K…If I can figure out how to get myself onto the rowing machine in under 20 seconds, I think I can pick up a few more points:) FGB was a good way to end the week!
