Case of the range of motion Mondays

After the WOD one of our stronger and fastest athletes made the statement that “If you were to actually make us touch our knees to our elbows then this workout would of been much different.” My response, “I do actually want your knees to touch your elbows, you just choose not to.” If you can touch your knees to your elbows then why not hold yourself to that standard for every repetition? If your only answer is because it’s hard, you’re wrong. This isn’t a new standard or thought, a pushup only counts if your chest touches the ground, a squat only counts if the crease of your hip comes below parallel, a pullup only counts if your arms come extended and your chin rises above the bar, knees to elbows should only count if your knees come to your elbows. You get my point. Good reps, heavy weights and fast times.

    Yes, sex sells. Every now and then we have to post something for the ladies. Plus we have to get everybody all pumped up for the Houston Survivor Challenge when Greg S. dominates the competition.
