    I was nervous about this workout bc I remember the first time we did this workout at Breakaway. I thought it was going to be easy and I have never been more sore! So I was nervous this time about it being hard, but excited to try to see if I could do better than the last time. Well…

    50 Squats
    Run Big Lot (my mod = small lot)
    ME: 35:42 mod

    7/25/09 WOD
    Run stop sign and back
    50 Push Ups
    50 Squats
    ME: 29:20

    So even tho I hate being at the top of the list,
    I can’t be mad when I compare my workouts and have cut 6 minutes from my time while running ~3/4 mile more (or however much!) :)
