Awesome Job Mac….there is hope for me when I enter my 2nd mid life crisis…
Given how my abs feel today, I now know why I couldn’t kip for crap during pullups. I think it had something to do with the 240 situps/crunches we suffered through to kick things off. Thanks, John!
And David U – you have to survive the 1st mid life crisis first before you get to be an old man like me.
When I transfered the table over, some of the times got mixed up, not really sure how or why. I will fix it later, life will go on… Sorry guys.
If a mid life crisis leads to sub 4 Fran times then sign me up. Great job mac!
