    Sorry about that, guess I was just in a hurry to get them posted and looked right past it. Apologies.

    is it just me or are my knees way too far out over my toes?

    Yes they are too far out. You and Joe S. are extremely strong and have the ability to muscle through the movement without perfect form. Its called a quad dominated squat or ‘collapsing squat.’ Your first movement in the squat is to fold at the knees, when in actuality it should be pushing your butt back, then bending the knees. I’m going to send you a video link to better illustrate this. If anybody else would like to see just let me know.
