John Conrad of CrossFit Eaton (in Colorado) dropped by to play today. Â I quote, ‘I will take the lack of oxygen over this heat any day.’ He still had an awesome showing despite the 100 degree heat and heavy air.

I’m in Tulsa this week and David K is scared of you. I’ll be back for the competition on Saturday though.
I’m in Destin with the family. Bobby and I, along with my wife, are doing our own version of crossfit out here on the beach so we don’t get left behind by you all.
David K isn’t afraid…just hiding in Detroit. I’ll be back soon enough.

Thanks Mac, I borrowed a Mac computer from a friend to test it out and I think I’m going to get one now. The video editing was so much easier to use with a lot more options so we can really make some cool ones soon.
